You have to be living under a rock if you haven't heard of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. This effort to raise money for the ALS Association has gone viral over the last few months with everyone from Jimmy Fallon to George W. Bush. I've dodged the nominations until today, and I accepted the challenge.
