Only a week and a half left until race day and I'm already dealing with anxiety. I've been training for this marathon for more than 3 months and I'm definitely nervous. I'm hypersensitive about minimizing my risk for injury-there was a company flag football game that I wouldn't go anywhere near today for fear of getting injured. I've already sworn off high heels next week.
In addition, there are a million things that I need to do before I board the plane to LA, not the least of which is a trip to Houston to visit my brother tomorrow.
Hopefully this next week will fly by!
